Chinese Bridge Competition

Adelaide...when you are a grown up, you may remember that one time your mom made you write and memorize a speech... in Chinese... and, made you practice your lion dance over and over and over... all to enter the China Bridge Competition.

There was no pressure to win. You did all that work for the practice of public speaking, and even more, to work hard and appreciate a job well done.

You were so nervous, especially after you drew your number and were one of the first to go on stage. But, you had your friends to give you encouragement. And, when you were done, lunch of you choice - Broken Yolk of course.

 Contestant #4

 Simone, Kaleigh and Adelaide
ready to show off their hard work.

All the contestants

Pancakes for lunch! You earned it kiddo.

Hot chocolate with extra whip cream on top!

You've never worked so hard on something and we are so proud of you! Hopefully you remember how good that felt... and not how annoying all the practice was. Love you little girl!
