Being Home

It is so nice to be home! We are loving have out new addition home, eating lots of raw vegetables and not living out of our suitcases. Steven still has night terrors, which is tough because we are a sleep-loving people. But, he's getting a bit better every night.

We took a few more days off to adjust to the time change, with Matt and the girls home from school and work. On Wednesday, the last day everyone had off together, we snuck in a quick visit to Legoland, which was so fun! There were no lines whatsoever since it was a school day.

Love this shot with the girls mid-laugh.

Stubborn ol' donkey

This creature was much more cooperative. With no
line, Adelaide was able to do the joust (her favorite) over and over.

Eleanor loves rollercoasters, and even better, loved
roller coasters with no lines.

Steven was too small for most of the rides,
but enjoyed being out and about.

He also loved waving at everyone from the Duplo Train.

Now the girls are back in preschool, at least until lunch, and Matt is back at work. Melinda has family leave until mid-June. So, she's still able to pick everyone up early after spending the morning with Steven.

And, how is Steven liking his new home? He's still all smiles!

Smiles at the pool!

Smiles in the backyard!

 Smiles with his walker!

Smiles with a new blankie!
(Thanks Grandma Jones!)

Smiles for church!

Steven is a happy go-lucky guy, and we do feel lucky to have him.
