This weekend Melinda's Grandpa Thomas held his 90th birthday bash! All his children flew into town, which mean Grandpa Jeff was back and staying with us.

On Friday night, we had a quick get together at Granny and Papa's to celebrate Uncle Dave's birthday. The girls were so-so-so excited that Olivia was in town for the weekend. And, it's been ages since we saw so many Parkers together in one room. It was so fun.

Jed and Eve flew in late on Friday night, after the birthday party. Eve has a new camera and took some brilliant pictures of the weekend events. So, the quality of the pictures in this post are about to improve substantially.

On Saturday, the family gathered for a hike in the Cleveland National Forest.

After the hike we stopped for lunch at a little restaurant in the park. Our group as so big, we took up over half the restaurant. The wait staff were wonderfully friendly and welcoming.

To wrap up the birthday weekend, the family held a huge bash for all of Thomas's friends. Karina did an amazing job coordinating the party.

It was a great weekend! Celebrating Grandpa's 90th with so many family and friends. The kids are so bummed that all their aunts and uncles are off again. But, fortunately, Jed and Eve will still be in town for several days! We're looking forward to spending more time with them this week.
