July was a busy month with so many visitors and friends! And, the last weekend did not disappoint. We got to celebrate Papa's 96th birthday AND Aunt Kristin came to visit.
Grandpa's 96th was celebrated with birthday breakfast. Aunt Sally made an incredible egg and sausage casserole. The kids are now convinced that cake should be served at every breakfast!
Low gravity moon hugs!

The great grandkids
After the big birthday present, we met up with Kristin. She drove down from LA, where she had flown in, and spent the afternoon with us at Balboa park. Aunt Kristin is an all-around favorite of her nieces and nephews, and they were so excited to go to museums with her, and to cuddle her, and smother her with love. We went to the San Diego Air & Space Museum, Automobile Museum, Timken, and Botanical Gardens.

Happy Birthday Papa! And, thanks for playing with us Aunt Kristin. We wish New York and San Diego were several states closer.
